About the lecture
The design of successful solid catalysts involves the preparation of materials with adequate textural properties, together with the generation of active and selective catalytic sites. Examples of catalytic process based on solid catalysts with welldefined single- and multi-sites will be presented, showing how those original concepts have led to industrially applied catalysts.
